ENTRY DESCRIPTION

Using desert sand, gradually build a huge sand mountain (say over 100 miles tall) such that a small craft could be mechanically launched into space. This uses an abundant material and provides a much lower cost method to expand space

Let's build a space mountain to space, using desert sand and modern construction efforts to create a high mountain to space! This would open space efforts to many more by making the entry and return from space much more economical (and less stressful for all!
